Another lovely morning, woke up to Jamie telling me he was off to get milk so that i could have a coffee :)
I just layed in bed listening to Grizzly bear.. such a wonderful band.

There are too many bad people in the world. I wish i had a group of close friends and we all got along. And we didnt judge each other and we had fun and ate good food and listened to music and had adventures ..

It sucks that my good friends are from different places and groups.. and i can only see them a few times a year because i live so far away now.

Oh and i got a new dvd shelf

Jamie put it together last night, it helps get rid of some clutter lying around the place :)

Last night i made the delicious Jamie Oliver dish 'Jools fav beef stew'. I make this quite a bit and its always delicious. Sometimes the local shop doesnt have sage, and you would be suprised how much better this tastes with sage. I love home cooking, so comforting.


Today was so nice, i got to sleep in, with Jamie.. then we had coffee and read magazines (i bought new empty, monster children and jamie mags) i read some of your blogs.. if you're even reading this, and browsed flickr. Such a lovely morning. Then i went to work which was good because i havent seen work friends for a week (going to mum and dads for the week).
I bought a new dressing gown from work for $12.50 ! AND new black boots for $30 down from $60, and to top it off, some lovely snazzy purple laceup flats that are so cute, no doubt ill have a photo of them soon.

After work Jamie and i got milkshakes and came home to this - me blogging, rugged up all warm in my dressing gown.

I am smelling chicken and corn soup as i write this and i am starvinggggg, so..

Home sweet home

Im back finally, in my cosy little flat, with my wonderful boyfriend.
Today has been spent rugged up on the couch browsing flickr and drinking coffee :)
The trip back to mum and dads was really nice, relaxing, just spent alot of time with some friends, had nice home cooked dinners, went and saw Harry Potter - the half blood prince, that was good !
I made my famous chicken and leek pie for the family and they loved it.
I surprisingly didn't take many photos at all, i did one shoot for a friend of the family. Just some headshots for his agent... thats all though.

I have decided I'm going to try 365 again. I know i can do it, i just have to stop being so lazy. I am going to wait til the first of the month because its stupid starting on a random date, such as today the 24th of July.

Uni goes back on Monday, i should probably organize my schedule and let work know. I'm actually looking forward to uni to go back.

Its been a while.. so i now work at the new Cotton On Mega store in Wagga. I love my job and the people i work with. Uni goes back in a week.. I just recently got my marks back which was Graphic design Distinction, and Photography High Distinction. So pleased with that. Ive been working alot this holidays, and I'm at the end of the being home for a week period. It has been nice, but i miss Jamie alot, and i miss work and work friends, and weirdly enough i miss uni. Spring semester has no theory so im happy about that !
Anyway, im off to the dentist and all these other terrible places. Like the RTA.

Oh, and.. how cute are my nephews !!

Catching up

Autumn is nearly over, this photo is a bit old.. all the trees in wagga are becoming bare.


I haven't written on this thing for a while. I should probably start again, because i always forget about these and end up with a million because i keep making new ones.

Anyway, so i got two high distinctions in a row for assessments at uni.. whoa over the moon. I dont know how i did it. My assessments I'm doing at the moment are very time consuming but kind of fun. I have to create 200 different colours, using paint.. its insane.

I got asked to sign up for a double degree, so now im getting a diploma in Graphic design and Photography, which is good, more job ops..

I cannot wait for my trip home in a month, it sucks that Jamie cant come - he got a full time apprenticeship as a painter, so he works mon-fri and cant come with me. But i have a 6 week break with no assessments and need to come home for at least part of it. Then some friends are coming back down with me and catching the train home later.

This blog is pretty boring, ill upload some photos tomorrow.. and here is where i upload most of my stuff
